About this Position:

Our team is looking to add an entrepreneurial Customer Support Specialist to our expanding Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is a problem solver that loves partnering with clients to overcome challenges and enable users to have the best possible experience with VS Network’s products. This role provides both strategic and reactive support, so we need a team player that can adapt!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle reactive support needs by responding to inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Troubleshoot issues with our product line in the field including network and connectivity challenges, content settings, and machine replacements.
  • Proactively support our customer base by monitoring machines that must be connected at all times
  • Assist with processing account renewals for unmanaged accounts
  • Respond to cancellation calls with an attempt to revive customer commitment
  • Call individual locations for feedback and check ins during high value trial periods
  • Support Customer Success Managers and Implementation Specialists as needed
